The room we had was clean and stocked with everything we could’ve needed. I appreciated the extra laundry bag for dirty clothes
We have been ready for this bed/hotel stay as soon as we got checked in to our room. Room was comfortable & welcoming. The shower was clean and water temp was extra nice too. We enjoyed ourselves and we plan on doing this again real soon.
It is in a very good spot. This is my first time here. They have a lot of stuff around there. If you go make a left at the hotel and make a right at the light and go up there are a lot of things to do. The hotel is clean the lobby was nice. The rooms were amazing. The beds were okay. The comforter is very thick and fluffy but I still ound myself doing a little tossing. The restroom looked updated and the rug looks clean and new. I didn't see any bed bugs or bugs for that matter. The only thing I can say is the pool size. In the picture it looks bigger than what is actually in person. So just be prepared it only goes to 5 ft. I did not say a spa. The hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast so you have to pay out of pocket but you can buy stuff at that bar and their restaurant at night time. Make sure you just keep an eye on your bill a day or two after. All in all I probably book it again because we had a good time
Very clean and customer service was friendly and polite. The location is great too because you can take Kanis easily to anywhere west. Will stay again.
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a ton of seating area around the lobby area and outside which we enjoyed so we could visit with our friends. The pool was nice and clean. They do not have a hot tub which we would have liked. Nice bar area downstairs with a nice seating area. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. If we are in town again, we would definitely stay there again. I would recommend this hotel no doubt.
Staff was extremely helpful, room service always a plus. Front desk staff excellent service had sweets delivered for valentine’s Day and they made sure it was taken care of for me when I arrived. Bar good selection of beer , local beer of tap. Pool really clean. Will stay here next time in Little Rock. Thanks
Would recommend. Room was nice and clean. Night staff not the friendliest but it was made up for by the AM staff with their smiles and greetings, which go a long way.
Uodate: after complaint staff immediately took care of the issue. Changing my trading. The room is nice. After arrival the front desk area and the entire 2nd floor we were on smelled strongly of weed. To the point that my room smelled of weed.
